The
Preserve at Whiskey Island, designed by world-renowned
planner, John Exley, is set amidst massive live oaks,
sparkling, spring-fed lakes, and vibrant Louisiana
flora and fauna. The Preserve is Tangipahoa Parish’s only gated waterfront community with a long list of shared amenities
such as furnished guest suites, heated pool, party
and exercise facilities and a planned private marina. Sought-after home
styles will be: Low Country, Tidewater, West Indies,
and those reminiscent of the A. Hays Town architechural
style.
